Terms & Conditions
Referral Program

By joining the Referral Program, you agree to the terms below. These terms explain how referrals work, how payouts are made, and what behaviour is expected from all referrers.

 

1. How the Referral Program Works

 

When you join the Referral Program, you receive:

  • a unique referral link

  • a unique referral code

 

When someone signs up for the course using your link or code:

  • They receive $40 off the course price

  • You earn $40

 

Referral payments are made within 20 working days after the referred customer’s payment has:

  • fully cleared

  • not been refunded

  • not been disputed

  • not resulted in a chargeback

All referral tracking, commission calculations, and payouts are managed by Systeme.io.

2. Who Can Join

 

The program is open to:

  • buyers who purchase the course

  • real estate agents

  • mortgage advisers

  • lawyers

  • insurance brokers

  • property inspectors

  • influencers

  • other eligible professionals

 

Referrers do not pay a fee to join. At registration, referrers provide:

  • name

  • profession (if applicable)

  • email address

  • mobile number

Payout details are collected only when a referrer qualifies for a payout, not at registration.

 

 

3. Referral Assets (Link & Code)

 

You receive two referral tools:

 

Referral Link (URL)

A clickable link that automatically tags visitors. Suitable for:

  • social media

  • email

  • SMS

  • QR codes

  • websites

  • bios

  • printed material

 

Referral Code (text code)

A short code buyers can manually enter at checkout. Suitable for:

  • spoken referrals

  • printed material

  • face‑to‑face conversations

Both the link and code feed into the same Systeme.io dashboard and payout system.

4. Sharing Your Referral Code

 

You may share your link and code honestly and in good faith. You must not:

  • make false, misleading, exaggerated, or deceptive claims

  • impersonate Exclusive Buyers Academy

  • use spam tactics or unsolicited mass messaging

  • run paid ads using our brand name without permission

  • misrepresent the course or its outcomes

Please share your code only with people who are genuinely interested.

5. Prohibited Conduct

 

Referral payments may be withheld, paused, or cancelled if we suspect:

  • self‑referrals

  • referral swaps or coordinated groups

  • posting codes on coupon or discount sites

  • fake or disposable accounts

  • mismatched customer details

  • repeated failed payments

  • unusual referral patterns (e.g., sudden spikes)

  • multiple signups from the same IP address

  • synthetic or patterned identities

  • fraudulent activity

  • stolen payment methods

  • deceptive promotion

Payout details must reasonably match your identity. Verification may be required before funds are released. Exclusive Buyers Academy Ltd may recover or cancel payouts linked to fraudulent or reversed transactions.

6. Velocity Monitoring & Manual Review

 

To protect the program from fraud, Systeme.io and external checks monitor referral patterns. If many people reach checkout but fewer than half complete payment, the account may be flagged for review. This does not automatically suspend the referrer. It simply prompts a closer look to ensure referrals are genuine.

7. Payment Conditions

 

Referral payments are only made for genuine, completed purchases.

You will not be paid if:

  • the customer requests a refund

  • the payment is disputed

  • the payment is reversed due to fraud

  • the customer uses a stolen payment method

If a payout is made and the underlying payment is later reversed, Exclusive Buyers Academy Ltd may recover or cancel the payout.

Referral earnings are not guaranteed. Your results depend on your own promotional activity and audience. You are responsible for declaring any tax owed on referral income.

8. Referrer Dashboard

 

Referrers can log into their Systeme.io dashboard to view:

  • clicks

  • referrals

  • confirmed sales

  • pending commissions

  • approved commissions

This dashboard is managed entirely by Systeme.io.

​

 

9. Payout Method

 

When you qualify for a payout, you enter your own payout details directly into Systeme.io’s secure affiliate payout system, which connects to Wise. Exclusive Buyers Academy Ltd does not store your bank account details.

10. Disclaimer

 

The course is for educational purposes only. It is not financial, legal, or property investment advice.

Exclusive Buyers Academy Ltd makes no guarantees about:

  • property outcomes

  • financial results

  • or any specific success

11. Communication

 

By joining the Referral Program, you agree to receive:

  • referral updates

  • support messages

  • course‑related communications

  • occasional promotional offers

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

​

 

12. Changes to Terms

 

Exclusive Buyers Academy Ltd may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will apply to future referrals.

​

 

13. Termination of Referral Membership

If you breach these terms, Exclusive Buyers Academy Ltd may revoke your referral membership.

Serious breaches - such as misuse of referral codes or fraudulent activity - may result in legal action.

14. Privacy

By joining the program, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

This includes:

  • your name

  • email

  • referral activity

We follow the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

15. Governing Law

 

These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Any disputes will be handled in New Zealand courts.
