Terms & Conditions - Course Participants

By ticking the box and completing your payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Access to the Course

You are purchasing access to a video course created and owned by Exclusive Buyers Academy Ltd. The course includes educational content, tools, templates, checklists, questionnaires, and digital resources designed to support your property journey.

Your access is for personal use only. You must not:

copy, share, resell, or distribute any part of the course
share your login details
give any other person access to the course or platform

Breaching these conditions may result in termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action.

2. Intellectual Property Protection

All course materials - including videos, documents, tools, templates, roadmaps, and app content - are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Exclusive Buyers Academy Ltd retains full ownership of all content.

You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or share any materials without written permission. Unauthorised use may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

3. Referral Program

After purchase, you will receive a unique referral link and code.

Your referred friend receives $40 off the course price.
You receive $40 for each successful referral.

Referral payments:

are paid to the same account you used to purchase the course (unless updated and verified)
are made within 20 working days after the referred customer’s payment has fully cleared
are not paid if the referred customer requests a refund or disputes the payment

Exclusive Buyers Academy Ltd may require identity verification before releasing funds.

You are responsible for declaring and paying any tax owed on referral income in your jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable Use

You may share your referral link honestly and in good faith. You must not:

make false, misleading, exaggerated, or deceptive claims
impersonate Exclusive Buyers Academy
use spam tactics or unsolicited mass messaging
run paid advertising using our brand name without permission

5. Prohibited Conduct

Referral payments may be withheld or cancelled if we suspect:

self‑referrals
referral swaps or coordinated groups
fake or disposable accounts
posting codes on coupon or discount sites
misleading or deceptive promotion
unusual referral patterns (e.g., high‑volume signups in a short period, repeated failed payments, mismatched customer details)
use of stolen payment methods or fraudulent activity

Exclusive Buyers Academy Ltd may recover or cancel referral payouts linked to fraudulent or reversed payments.

6. Payment Conditions

Referral payments are only made for genuine, completed purchases.

You will not be paid if:

the customer requests a refund
the payment is disputed
the payment is reversed due to fraud

Referral earnings are not guaranteed. Your results depend on your own promotional activity and audience.

7. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for:

change of mind
dissatisfaction with content
failure to achieve expected outcomes

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read the course description and agree that the content meets your expectations.

If you experience technical issues accessing the course, please contact us promptly so we can assist.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The course is for educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, or property investment advice.

property outcomes
financial results
or any specific success

You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.

Exclusive Buyers Academy Ltd is not liable for any loss, damage, or issues arising from property purchases, financial decisions, or use of the course materials.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exclusive Buyers Academy Ltd excludes all liability for direct, indirect, or consequential loss.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the course platform. Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may occur.

9. Communication and Updates

By signing up, you agree to receive:

course‑related communications
support messages
updates
occasional promotional offers

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

Exclusive Buyers Academy Ltd may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will apply to future purchases and referrals.

11. Termination of Access

If you breach these terms, Exclusive Buyers Academy Ltd may revoke your access without refund. Serious breaches - such as sharing content, misusing referral codes, or fraudulent activity - may result in legal action.

12. Privacy

By purchasing the course and participating in the referral program, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

This includes:

your name
email
payment details
referral activity
payout information

13. Use of De‑Identified Data

We may collect and analyse de‑identified or aggregated information about how participants use our tools, app, and course materials.

This information cannot identify you. We may use it to:

We may share de‑identified insights with third parties.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Any disputes will be handled in New Zealand courts.
