Terms & Conditions - Affiliates Program

By joining the Affiliate Program, you agree to the terms below. These are written in simple, clear language so you know exactly how everything works.

1. How the Referral Program Works

When you join, you’ll receive your own referral link and code.

• Your friend gets $40 off the course

• You earn $40

• Payments are made within 20 working days after your friend’s payment has fully cleared and is not refunded or disputed

2. Sharing Your Code

You’re welcome to share your link and code with others, as long as you do it honestly and respectfully.

You must not:

• make false or exaggerated claims

• use spam tactics

• impersonate Exclusive Buyers Academy

• run paid ads using our brand name without permission

Please share your code only with people who are genuinely interested.

3. What’s Not Allowed

We may withhold or cancel referral payments if we suspect:

• referral swaps or coordinated groups

• fake or disposable accounts

• posting codes on coupon or discount sites

• misleading or deceptive promotion

• unusual referral patterns (e.g., sudden spikes, repeated failed payments, mismatched customer details)

• fraudulent or suspicious activity

Payout details must reasonably match your identity. We may ask for verification before releasing funds.

4. Payment Conditions

Referral payments are only made for genuine, completed purchases.

You will not be paid if:

• the customer requests a refund

• the payment is disputed

• the payment is reversed due to fraud

If a payout was already made and the underlying payment is reversed, we may recover or cancel that payout.

Referral earnings are not guaranteed. Your results depend on your own activity and audience. You are responsible for declaring any tax on referral income.

The course is for educational purposes only. It is not financial, legal, or property investment advice.

6. Communication

By joining the Affiliate Program, you agree to receive:

• updates

• support messages

• occasional promotional offers

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

 

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will apply to future referrals.

 

8. Ending Your Affiliate Membership

If you break these terms, we may remove you from the program. Serious breaches (such as misuse of referral codes) may lead to legal action.

 

9. Privacy

By joining the program, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes your:

• name

• email

• payment details

• referral activity

We follow the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

 

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Any disputes will be handled in New Zealand courts.
