By ticking the box and completing your payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Access to the Course

You are purchasing access to a video course created by Exclusive Buyers Academy Ltd. Your access is for personal use only.

You must not:

  • copy, share, or resell the course

  • share your login details

  • give anyone else access

If you break these rules, your access may be removed without refund.

 

2. Intellectual Property

All course materials — videos, documents, tools, templates, and checklists — belong to Exclusive Buyers Academy Ltd.

You must not:

  • copy

  • modify

  • distribute

  • or share

any materials without written permission.

 

3. Referral Program

After purchase, you receive a unique referral link and code.

  • Your friend gets $40 off

  • You get $40

Payments are made to the same account you used to buy the course (unless updated and verified). Payments are made within 20 working days after the referred customer’s payment clears and is not refunded.

 

4. Acceptable Use

You may share your referral link honestly and in good faith.

You must not:

  • make false or misleading claims

  • impersonate Exclusive Buyers Academy

  • use spam tactics

  • run paid ads using our brand name without permission

 

5. Prohibited Conduct

Referral payments may be cancelled if we suspect:

  • self‑referrals

  • referral swaps or groups

  • fake or disposable accounts

  • posting codes on coupon sites

  • misleading promotion

  • unusual referral patterns

  • fraudulent activity

6. Payment Conditions

Referral payments are only made for genuine, completed purchases.

You will not be paid if:

  • the customer requests a refund

  • the payment is disputed

  • the payment is reversed due to fraud

We may require identity verification before releasing funds. You are responsible for declaring any tax on referral income.

 

7. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

No refunds will be given for:

  • change of mind

  • dissatisfaction with content

  • not achieving expected results

We do not guarantee:
