Why I created this

You are expected to understand LIMs, titles, auctions, tenders, off the plan contracts and due diligence with almost no real guidance.

 

Most people only discover the risks after they have signed the contract.

​I have worked in property in Queensland, with Ray White in Auckland, and later ran a licensed Exclusive Buyers Agency that represented buyers only.

 

I saw how often first home buyers were left to figure things out alone or rely on people whose job is to sell to them. These courses give you the knowledge, structure, and support I used with private clients, in a format that is affordable and easy to follow.​
