We visit properties that match your criteria. If you are not in Auckland, we visit each property, photograph and record the issues that you don’t see, hear or smell on the internet.

We talk to the neighbours and ask them what the problems are - like crime, traffic or a proposed development.

Each property is assessed against the criteria you established with us to give you a subjective rating.

Information is provided about the community, local schools, shops, gyms, medical centres, beauty clinics, restaurants. ​We advise you of the internet access available at the property.

Once we have a property that you have viewed and shortlisted, we discuss the negotiating strategy with you. We review the property's value based on sales of comparable properties.

You then set an initial offer price and a maximum purchase price.

We negotiate the offer and use our best efforts to get you the best price and terms on the property you wish to purchase. Our fiduciary responsibility is with you, the buyer.

The Sale and Purchase Agreement is prepared by us or your legal team and is always subject to due diligence.  Your funds are secure and can be managed via the solicitor’s trust account. Deposits are generally held in the Sellers Agents trust account.
